A very tired 1L just trying to survive my second semester of law school 😴 case reading takes me just about every minute I have but I’m trying to power through & get adjusted to a better schedule. Sometimes, life is just tough, but it’s all temporary.

Woke up at 4:30 to get on both Star Wars rides & it was worth it 🤪 the new Star Wars area of Hollywood Studios was so cool! My whole fam has seen all the movies & even my dad (not a big Disney fan) LOVED it all! 🙌🏻 A few more photos & a vlog coming from our Disney trip & my last 3 days of being 21!

So excited for Thanksgiving! ♡
Spending lots of time with fam & working on Cyber Week Etsy prep & sales!🙌🏻 (when are you shopping?! I’m mostly using the sales to buy Christmas gifts early to stress less at the last minute!) I hope you’re having a lovely day so far!

1) Law school school exams may be 2 weeks away... but Christmas is 5 weeks away!🎅🏼
2) Today my professor (trying to be encouraging) gave us a talk on how these last few weeks of the semester are quite possibly the hardest weeks of all of law school.... but it’s fine. It’s allllll fine.🙃
3) Haven’t worn makeup in almost a week (which is very unusual for me) but the best part is really not having to take off makeup at the end of the day🤷🏼‍♀️ sounds silly, I know, but I’ll take little wins where I can find them.
4) Very much on board with this #MakeInstagramCasualAgain thing going around because honestly, I can’t make this anything other than casual, even when I try. Your life is share/photo/memory-worthy just the way it is!

This was truly a dream come true & something I definitely didn’t plan when I started my business almost exactly 2 years ago. I put my shop on vacation mode to focus on this weekend, & the last vacation mode notice I’d set was “Our shop is closed for now as we’re currently rebranding...” Definitely a big moment of perspective for all the days I’m tired, overwhelmed, & doubt myself or my business.
This craft fair was at my home church & when people asked how I can do this & law school, my answer is that I HAVE to do this & law school to stay balanced & find joy in something happy. Creative outlets are so important & your current occupation doesn’t have to stand in the way of your passion.
